AV Rental & Operation

Though we are primarily a film production company, we can occasionally assist with audio & visual rentals and operation in Squamish and the Sea To Sky Corridor for small events. Rentals are Squamish-based.

Full Rental & Operation

$150/hr

RECOMMENDED - INCLUDES RENTAL FEES

Have us present to set up and operate all of your AV needs throughout your event. No tech surprises - we're there to assist. This hourly rate includes rental of all of the AV items listed below.

Projector & Screen Rental

$80/day

Optima H184X 3600 Lumen HD Projector (Daylight projection compatible) and a 84 inch screen. Includes projector stand. HDMI or USB-C compatible.

Small PA system

$80/day

Yamaha Stagepas300 - 300 watt PA system with 8 channel powered mixer. Includes speaker stands. For small venues. 3.5mm or lightning audio input.

Wireless Mics

$40/day

Soundtown 200 Channel Wireless Microphone System. Includes 2 wireless microphones with stands.

Wired Mic

One Shure SM58 wired microphone with stand.

Lighting

$60/day

Two Came-TV Boltzen Fresnel LED Focusable 55W bi-colour video lights with stands. These are rented wired.

Includes unedited video of event.

2-3 Cameras - $400/hr

Interactive - $500/hr

Includes a custom live stream webpage and a downloadable copy of the program.

Prices in CAD and subject to 5% GST

Unsupervised equipment rentals may require up to $1000 damage deposit refunded upon equipment return
